There are several Buses next to the building, including V15, 19, and 27 that will take you to the city center within 18 minutes. Just 30 minutes away from the center by walk. There is also a market very close where you can go shopping. There are 3, pharmacies, food stores, a gym, tennis court, etc. RENTAL CONDITIONS: - Looking for a non-smoker, clean and tidy person. - You will share the apartment only with one person, the landlady. - Internet is not included. The room has 2 beds but it is for 1 person only. No smokers or PETS. It is very quiet and bright, surrounded by green areas...the extra expenses are little..it depends on its use.. --- Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
