Overview

This very cozy apartment is perfect to escape the summer heat. With the houses cooling system (much nicer than AC) and the rooftop pool you can stay fresh during the summer heat. You can also chill in the houses garden or on the apartment's own balcony. I also like to grow my own food there. You can of course harvest everything that's ready during your stay. In less than 10 minutes walking distance you will find a mall, several parks, the subway that goes directly to the city center and direct connection to the airport. The bus to the main station and a 24/7 gas station shop is just around the corner. Thanks to the great isolation, the apartment is super quiet. From this top level apartment you have a great view over the city. Even though you have all the amenities of the city, nature is just around the corner. Everything is completely furnished and equipped. You'll have a super comfy double bed in the bedroom and a sleeping couch in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub and towel warmer and the separate toilet has small extra sink. There is also a small room for storage. From a spacious entrance room you reach each room separately. I will leave all my instruments and plants in the apartment. Please treat them nicely.
