1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

I live near the centre of Murcia and at 5 minutes walking from the bus station, 7 minutes from the cathedral and 13 minutes from the University of Merced. It is plenty of shops nearby. The bedroom is spacious and you have a little balcony as well. You can bring plenty of clothes as the wardrobe is big and you will have your own mini toilet so we do not have to share it as I will use the other one. The house is a bit old. I will clean the house -you will only clean your bedroom. You will pay the electricity and gas bills, both, and I will pay the water, council and internet.
