Period shorter than 30 days can be discussed. The layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from what's shown here. Bookings from 1 to 5 persons will have 10% discount. The apartment can host up to 12 persons, but it is not recommended for a long period to such numerous group . The guests will be required to be silent when entering and leaving the apartment. The group leader will be the responsible for damage and harassment noises occurring the stay of the group and he/she will need to send the details of his/her ID card at the time of the booking. In the event of harassment noises that will lead to complaints from neighbors and / or intervention by local authorities the management will withhold an amount of 200 from the deposit. We apologize, but this rule it originates from past experiences and it is not aimed to get 200, it is aimed to keep quiet a group that could be noisy just because of the number. Please, no smoking. If the smell of smoke will be detected at the check out time, extra 100 will be held from the deposit by way of extraordinary cleaning. "Other" fee requested are the building administration cost. Finally, with your booking you will pay for your first month's rental via HA. All subsequent payments will be made directly to me.
