Expenses are included (water, electricity, gas, internet, community fees) within responsible consumption. Cleaning in common areas is included. Everything is nearby (transportation, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, etc.). NOTE: Drug consumption, weed, or similar substances are not allowed. It is a shared apartment, not for parties. Respect for the flatmates and neighbors is a priority..
