What are our requirements? - Minimum stay of 1 month and maximum of 1 year. - 1 month deposit. Located in the Camins del Grau neighborhood, next to the Ayora metro station (lines 5 and 7), right next to the universities: UV and UPV, as well as prestigious schools like EDEM or Berklee. It is also very close to the beach and the Turia River Park.
