Room for rent in shared apartment in ANTON MARTÍN. 1 minute away from metro Antón Martin line 1. And 5 minutes away from Puerta del Sol, and very close to the Madrid culture triangle. We are looking for flatemates from 18 to 35 years old. The expenses are included in the price (electricity, water, natural gas, 300 MB fiber optic internet, weekly cleaning of common areas). 1 month deposit. International environment. RENTAL CONDITIONS: Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid. Nevertheless, if you sign a contract between the 16th and the 30th of a given month, just half a month must be paid. Check-in time: 14:00h - 19:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days) Check-out time: 9:30h - 12:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days) Check-in/out outside working hours: 60 (It's not possible to check-in after 22:00h) One-time cleaning fee at the end of the contract: 30 Visitors staying more than one night: 25/night --- Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
