There are many gastronomic and leisure proposals around the flat. Expenses are included in the price: electricity, water, natural gas, fiber optic internet of 600 MB and weekly cleaning of common areas. The flat has a Smart TV and a young international atmosphere. RENTAL CONDITIONS: Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid. Nevertheless, if you sign a contract between the 16th and the 30th of a given month, just half a month must be paid.
