The house is very bright and airy, with high ceilings. The property is located a 3-minute walk from the historic center, very close to the faculty of architecture, letters, and psychology, many supermarkets, and transportation in the immediate vicinity. If you decide to rent this room you DO NOT NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT!
