Fabulous studio in the heart of Barcelona. With a capacity for one person, it is located in the Born district, very close to Santa María del Mar and Plaza St Jaume. The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival. It also has an equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. It does not have private parking. However, you will find public parking about 250 meters from the apartment. The building does not have an elevator and to access the apartment you have to climb 32 steps. - Not allowed: Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties - Prices for reservations of at least 3 months. For reservations of less time consult prices. Accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and before the date of entry into the apartment. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utility fee: 150 euros. At the end of the stay, the real cost will be calculated. If consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and the extra charge will be made. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
