A lovely and well furnished apartment that faces a sidewalk, therefore it's very quiet and perfect for short term rentals. The apartment allows the guests to soak in the historical Florentine center. The apartment (40 sq.m / 430 sq.ft) has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment is on two levels. Near the entrance there is the master bed room that opens onto the "day area" composed of dining room, reading space, and a small but complete kitchen. Climbing 10 steps you get to the open-space loft, where you will find a single bed and a small desk. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment. From the windows the guests can enjoy the view of the Palazzo dei Georgofili, the back side of the Uffizi museum, the top of the Tower of Anolfo of Palazzo Vecchio in Piazza Signoria. Independent heating. Air conditioning: one split in the bedroom. Included in the price: Utilities included (for stays up to 30 days), final cleaning, towels and sheets provided, condominium fees, and agency fees. The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee. Security deposit: For stays equal to or lesser than 15 days, all clients will have to grant 300.00 with a valid credit card 7 days before check-in for a pre-authorization. For stays between 16 and 30 days, guests will have to pay 1000.00 7 days before check-in. Prepaid and/or debit cards are not accepted. For rentals over 30 days, special conditions apply.
