A balcony overlooking a quiet street, a private spacious courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. 4 people can relax comfortably. Nearby supermarkets are Dialprix, Aldi, and many cafes.

prices:

- low season 60 euros per night or 420 euros per week

- average season 140 euros per night or 980 euros per week

- high season 220 euros per night or 1540 euros per week.

An additional fee for final cleaning is 170 euros. The deposit is 300 euros, which will be refunded subject to the safety of the property.
