Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. This room will be only with a desk, bed, chair and wardrobe, and not the rest shown in the picture!!!! The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).
