It is a really large and bright room divided into two (hidden) the main area, which we can call a bedroom, there are two single beds and two work / study (hidden) addition, in the bedroom there is a huge window that opens onto a beautiful balcony overlooking Gran de Gràcia from which you can see the Jardinets de Gràcia and Paseo de Gràcia, incredible views. In the second area of the room, which we could call a storage area, we find three closets, one of them built, a huge mirror where we can check how beautiful you are every morning, and a very large window also outside with an area to tend private. Thanks to the two windows in the room, both areas are very bright. In addition, this room is very quiet since it is located in a small hall away from the common areas and only shared with room 5. The price per night is 35/single room and 50/2people occupancy. If you leave: - Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35/single room and 50/2people occupancy. - Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month. - The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month. CHECK-IN POLICY: Here you have all the available check-in options: - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge. - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 extra fee. - Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50 extra fee.
