Upon entering, guests are greeted by a small corridor leading to the kitchen, which features a dining nook with a table for four. To the left of the entrance is the first bedroom, equipped with two single beds (90 cm wide each) that can be joined together, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Continuing down the corridor past the kitchen, guests will find the second bathroom, also with a shower. At the end of the corridor is the second bedroom, also furnished with two single beds (90 cm wide each). Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. The apartment overlooks an internal courtyard, ensuring a quiet atmosphere. Additional amenities include independent heating and air conditioning in the living area and bedrooms. Pricing Information: Included: Utilities (for stays up to 30 days), final cleaning, towels and sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees. Not included: Tourist tax (4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, for guests over 12 years old), utilities (water, electricity, and gas) exceeding 70.00 for rentals over 30 days. Security deposit: 300.00 with a valid credit card for stays up to 15 days; 1000.00 for stays between 16 and 30 days (7 days before check-in). Prepaid or debit cards are not accepted. Special conditions apply for rentals over 30 days. The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning.
