Smoking is permitted only in the balcony. All room are furnished with bed and wardrobe. The apartment has all comfort and it is equipped with appliances (dishwasher, vacuum cleaner). Welcome home :) Please note: We are looking for a serious person, with a high standard of personal cleaning for apartment sharing. We request 3 months of deposit for the signing of the rental contract.
