Beautiful and spacious double bedroom available with all the comforts only 20 minutes from Cattolica university and 25 from campus Bovisa! Only 500 meters from Gambara metro stop (red line) and other bus and tram stops where you can reach all the main spot in the city centre! The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. Fourth floor, with elevator. The flat is composed by two double room (so max. 4 person in the flat), a restructured bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a a living room area with sofas and access to a shared balcony. The double bedroom is composed of two separate single beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with two chairs Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment. This rooms has also a private balcony. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost" - In the case of bookings shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40, in the case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by 80.
