Room in shared apartment ! The house is 100sqm on the fourth floor with a lift, and consists of a large entrance hall, kitchen, 4 large bedrooms, one bathroom and one toilet, a balcony, and a closet. If you decide to rent this room you DO NOT NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT! COSTS The administration fee is requested in order to cover: -entrance fee -contract registration tax -stamps for contract registration -final cleaning of the room -final painting -insurance -contractual registration practice It is possible to check-in from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 20.00 in the evening. Please, note that check in on Saturdays and Sundays and during the week after 20.00 will be allowed only in exceptional cases and 60 euro extra will be charged (specified below as Optional Service Cost). Please, change the requested dates for this accommodation accordingly. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
