Located in the heart of West Berlin neighborhood, Wilmesdorf, this fully equipped studio offers you everything you need for your stay. The apartment is located in the most beautiful and trendy district of the city. Discover the city's coolest bars, restaurants and cafes. Or take a walk to the famous shopping street in Berlin, the Ku'damm. The building is located close by to the U7 Station (Adenauerplatz) and to the S3,S5,S7 (Savignyplatz). The friendly dining area invites you to a joint dinner with friends or family. After work, you can relax on the beautiful couch and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker oven and a fridge-freezer, as well with a brand new coffee machine. The apartment is bright and spacious with just the right amount of things to feel comfortable and enjoy yourself. The apartment has a double bed 160x200, a dining table and four chairs and a kitchen with everything you would need. The bathroom has a shower, so you can relax after a day of exploring the city, and there is a balcony. The apartment is located on the first or 4th floor with elevator. We have the same layout in each floor, but the design might be a bit different. Please keep in mind that if the first day of a month is a holiday or a day of the weekend the check-in will be the next working day. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit needs to be paid right after signing the contract. Please ensure a timely transfer. In order for you to be able to move into your new home on time the funds have to be in our account BEFORE the move in date. Without this payment you`ll NOT be able to move in. A confirmation of transfer is not sufficient. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
