1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

ROOM 3 Hi guys, We are offering you a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also, the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking utensils and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/ Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/German TV license fee). For the move in dates, we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :) Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00 that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 950, which needs to be paid before moving in via bank transfer in a single payment. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible before the booking.
