The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet, almost pedestrian street. Two steps from the medieval monastery of Santa Paula and very close to the Palacio de las Dueñas. The accommodation, of 45m2, is perfect for a maximum of 3 people and consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The living room and the bedroom have access to a quiet patio with garden furniture where you can have a drink in peace and quiet. The apartment has iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, TV, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian, Swedish, Norwegian). The American kitchen, of vitroceramic, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer. TERMS: - You will have to pay an estimated bills each month. If you exceed this estimate, you will have to pay the additional cost.
