The bed comes with a mattress cover; however, sheets and pillows are not provided. You will be very warm the whole winter thanks to the central heating in the building. We made sure to put the best and fastest wifi available for your confort. Services and Amenities: We ensure that common areas are cleaned on a basis for your convenience. Our team is available to assist you with registration and address any inquiries during your stay. The minimum stay is one month with an option to renew for up to twelve months. Please note that full payment via bank transfer is required prior to check in. Additionally, 75 for supplies is included in the price. Please be aware that this property does not allow couples or pets. Parties as smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises. General Conditions: To secure your reservation we require a deposit to one month's rent which will be refunded upon departure along, with any rent or supply charges.
