I'm currently renting my flat in Lavapiés (right in the centre of Madrid, one metro stop from Sol, near the Museums and Atocha train station) for medium term leases . It is an exterior fourth floor with views to the Corrala and Agustín Lara squares, so there are no buildings in front of it and it has wide views. It has a balcony with a clothes line for hanging clothes. The kitchen is American style and it opens onto a living room where there is a desk for working. It also has another living room with a large new sofa to rest. The bedroom has a double bed with storage space and a large built-in wardrobe.
