The room rental price includes high-speed internet and services (water and electricity) always depending on expense. If the average current expense does not rise much, all expenses would be included. The common areas are also included and can all be used (swimming pool, gym, garden with tables, television area, co-working offices, SPA and counseling with security). The entire apartment can be used, and as you can see in the photos I have a little dog called Teo. It is an area where you can park very easily, which is why I do not have a parking space. I don't consider it necessary but you can always rent it for 70 more per month. Regarding coexistence, I am usually at home a little because I work a lot, my dog is very calm and sleeps 12 hours a day. Price: 700 (1 person) 900 (2 people) The price is monthly, paid from the 1st to the 3rd of each month. The final price of the room includes all expenses and gives the right to free use of all the building's facilities and common areas, mentioned above. 600 is the deposit price. I return the deposit once your stay ends, as long as the room and apartment are delivered as received. Any damage caused by you will be repaired using the deposit money.
