It comes furnished with 1 double beds, 1 working desk, 1 desk chair and lamps, wardrobes, curtains etc. It also includes a shared kitchen and a big bathroom. There is a washing saloon near the building where the tenants can do laundry, it has an extra charge and have to be paid by yourself. Location The apartment is located in a nice building at Kantstraße, in Charlottenburg, one of the best areas to live in Berlin! It's 5 minutes walking from public transportarion: U-bhan, S-bhan, Bus. We have all the major supermarkets less than 5 minutes walking and free parking in the street. Miscellaneous The area is extraordinarily safe. The whole building belongs to us. This way you get to be part of an existing social group of international students being part of a multicultural community. Rent includes all utility costs.
