This spacious apartment; ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 100sqm surface. The space is divided in: - 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms The building has intercom and an elevator. This MintyStay apartment can host up to 4 guests. M(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an ensuite bathroom with shower plate, whereas second bedroom has two individual beds. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first overnight stay. The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a two sofas, a baby crib and a flatscreen TV. There is a duct system heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a duct system AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 150/month.
