The room has a lock if you wish to keep your belongings safe while away. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). The flatshare is ideally located in the "Centre Historique Comédie" neighborhood, in the centre of Montpellier. Plenty of public transports, restaurants, shops are accessible close by. The apartment is on floor #2 . It is entirely furnished and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, microwave, kitchen ustensils, pans, crockery, toaster... The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board. You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: electricity, housing insurance, condominium fees, water, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. The "Comédie" district gets its name from the square "Place de la Comédie", home to the "opéra de la Comédie" (musical theatre). This central square is also called "place de l'oeuf" (egg square) due to its oval shape, in the middle you will find the Fountain of the Three Graces: one of Montpellier's most well known meeting points which pays homage to the city's iconic goddesses. With it being one of the largest pedestrian walkways in Europe, it's a sight not to be missed! Here you can admire the beautiful 19th century buildings, appreciate the works of the street artists, or have a drink in one of the many terrasses. Many public transport links are within the vicinity (buses, tram lines 1 and 2).
