With comfort and convenience right at your fingertips (Sintra's Train Station is just a 15-Minute walk away), this is the ideal home base for your stay! - Building The apartment is on the 1st floor of a house, located in a quiet, residential area of Sintra. Ideal for families or small groups of friends. Please note that access to the apartment is via stairs. Ongoing construction works in the apartment below. - Bedrooms The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Two with double beds and central heating, which open onto the small balcony (one of the bedrooms has a spacious walk-in closet). The third bedroom, in the attic, has a single bed that can be converted into two (as it is an attic, the ceilings are low). - Living room The living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV, central heating and dining table for 6, is flooded with natural light through its large windows. - Bathrooms The apartment has two spacious bathrooms, one with a shower only and the other with a bathtub. - Kitchen Large, bright kitchen, equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher and coffee machine (coffee not included). Additional Information: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. Monthly bill consumptions exceeding 150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms. Construction works are taking place in the building, Monday to Friday from 8h00 to 19:00, with no timetable for completion.
