The price for staying in shared room N.1 (225.- MONTHLY RENT + 245.- FOR ALL UTILITIES such as gas, electricity, water, heating, weekly cleaning, WIFI connection, broadcasting fee, waste collection taxes, condominium expenses, contract regulation and administration costs, and even your own damage INSURANCE!) - Please note that this bedroom is without door, therefore it lacks privacy, as people need to walk through it to get to other bedroom.
