The house has an colourful and creative vibe. The bedroom is light and bright and overlooks the garden and has an industrial view over much of London. It has a comfy double bed and has a funky colourful swingy-sixties vibe. It has a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk with a chair. It has noise insulation and an airfiltering system. There is a second bedroom which is sometimes available to let. And sometimes I have an (hidden) guest staying in it. I am a live in landlady and am really easy going. I love having people around. This is a really homely and happy home - with lots of art, two cats and a dog. I try to keep it a safe space for women. It's in a pretty tree-lined Edwardian cul-de-sac. It's a safe and friendly street. We have a street party in the summer and residents have a (hidden) group to chat on. My home has a cottage-style garden, filled with flowers. It is great for barbecues in the summer. There is a bathroom with a big tub and rainforest shower. The kitchen is filled with everything you need for cooking and the living room and dining room are colourful and cozy. Rent includes: - All bills (except phone) - SKY fibre optic broadband WIFI & TV - Cleaner comes once a week - Use of well-equipped kitchen & dining room - Use of washing machine and dishwasher - Use of garden - Shared household goods, eg toilet paper, cleaning products, washing detergent, etc. Transport: ZONE 2 East Acton - Central Line - 12-15 mins walk/5 mins bus Willesden Junction - Bakerloo & various Overground lines - 15 mins walk/5 mins bus ride 228 bus route (3 mins walk) and 5 minutes walk to other buses, including 7, 72, 266 On-street permit parking (or you can park with a visitors pass for around £2 per day) Green space/walks:: 5 mins walk to Wormwood Scrubs and the Grand Union Canal tow path Shops: 15 minutes walk to Aldi, 5 mins walk to Simply Fresh grocery store and The Collective with its canal-side terrace restaurant and bar; 10 minutes walk to East Acton shops. One stop to Westfield. You will share a home with me, & sometimes another lodger ... and the pets. We love everything to do with the arts, are very sociable and generally fun when we're not too busy with work.
