Staying at Príncipe Real Sunny Apartment will be a remarkable experience in your trip to Lisbon! Building The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without elevator. It's absolutely perfect for families and small groups of friends looking for a nice stay in Lisbon in a traditional and emblematic neighbourhood. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. Bathrooms The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Living Room The living room has a smart TV, ar conditioner and a comfortable sofa. The balcony is perfect to start the day with a light meal for two or with your family before going out to explore the city. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. In order to ensure your safety and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. For reservations longer than 28 nights, the property bills are included up to 200. Please contact us for more information.
