Charming apartment in the heart of the lively and historic center of Lisbon. The building has been completely renovated and is located next to one of Lisbon's most charismatic viewpoints - Miradouro de Santa Catarina, also known as Adamastor - with a great view of the Tagus River and 25 de Abril Bridge. Most of the city's best tourist attractions, historical landmarks, restaurants and bars are within walking distance and also have easy access to public transportation. Building The apartment is located on ground floor in a recently renovated building in a very typical Portuguese area. The apartment gets tons of light during the day and has sweeping views over one of the most typical streets of the Bica area. It is ideal for a group of friends or families who want to enjoy their stay in Lisbon in the most lively place in the city! Bedroom The apartment features an indoor (no windows) bedroom with a comfortable double-bed. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Living Room The Living Room has flat-screen TV and sofa. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, iron and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. Be aware that ''Bica'' is a very lively area of Lisbon! Some street noise can be expected, mostly during the weekend nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. *The apartment is located in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivities take place during the month of June.
