You can reach the most interesting places of the city within a short walking distance, such as the D. Luis I Bridge, Lello Bookstore, Clerigos Church, Porto Cathedral and most of the touristic sights! Building The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator. Rehabilitation work is ongoing in the adjacent building, with no expected completion date. Bed The apartment has a comfortable double bed. Living Area The living area has a flat-screen TV, a sofa and a balcony overlooking the street. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and hand-held coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
