The property consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a private garden, free parking and offers guests a spacious living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking home-cooked meals and has a dining area. The house design is a combination of modern and functional, being intelligently designed for larger groups. By staying here, you will enjoy home comfort, whilst being away from home. This property comes with Wifi, bed linen, towels, toiletries and Netflix for your comfort. The living room is geared with comfortable sofas and a 65" Smart TV, with free access to streaming services. We provide full access to the house and facilities via self-check-in. Available 24/7 should you need anything. All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e. passport, driver's license, pay a refundable damage deposit fee of £100 & sign the Terms & Conditions. All guests must respect our community guidelines: No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests No Smoking No extra guests Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm. Check-out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorized late checkouts. You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay by not following house rules.
