You will also be within walking distance from Birmingham's Canal Side, home to the most sought-after cafes, bars, and restaurants. With a modern design that can cater to both long and short-term stays, the apartment comes fully furnished to the highest standards with a comfortable one-bedroom setting. The living room is also equipped with a 50" Smart TV on which you can enjoy your favorite movies and series on our complimentary Netflix account. Additionally, we use hotel-quality linen, provide high-speed WiFi, toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances for your convenience. Please note that the building is having construction but this doesn't affect the apartment itself. Other things to note: All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e. passport, driver's licence. All guests must respect our community guidelines: No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests No Smoking No extra guests Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down after 10 pm. Check-out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorized late checkouts. You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay by not following house rules.
