All divisions are an authentic Art Gallery, with the support of L'Agenzia di art are exhibited works by artists from Portugal and Italy. Utilities are included up to a maximum amount of 115 euros! The tenant pays 1 month of rent through the platform, at check-in the tenant has to pay the security deposit and another month of rent in advance. There is also a city tourist tax of 14 euros PER person that tenant pays at check-in, that is the "Other cost" of 14 euros you will see in the costs overview.
