Beautifully designed with comfort in mind, this property is ideal for those who want more privacy and enjoy outdoor spaces, having its own private garden. The living room is equipped with a spacious seating area, and a 50" Smart TV for your entertainment, already logged into a Netflix guest account. Additionally, we provide complimentary high-speed WiFi, and all hotel-like amenities such as bed linen, towels, toiletries, tea and coffee. This property also comes with free parking. We provide full access to the house and facilities via self-check-in. Available 24/7 should you need anything Prior to your arrival: All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e passport, driver's licence, pay a refundable damage deposit fee of £150 & sign the Terms & Conditions. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking, this will be applied for each day of your booking. 7. Check out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late checkouts. 8.
