Building The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Lisbon building, however, there's a staircase to access the apartment. It is located on a quiet and residencial neighbourhood with convenient access to public transportation. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms. One with a double bed ( 140x200 cm) and another, an interior room with a small window to the living room, with a single bed (90x200 cm) and a dedicated work space. Both have air conditioning. Living Room A comfortable and bright living room with a sofa, TV, air conditioning and a dining table to sit and enjoy your meals. Kitchen Well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, oven, espresso coffee machine (coffee not included), as well as dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bathroom Modern bathroom with shower. The apartment features a closet in the interior bedroom and in the hallway, providing plenty of storage to keep your belongings. Other information: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts at 16:00 until 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
