Building Newly renovated apartment located on Rua do Duque, on the fourth floor of the building with no elevator. Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a nice stay in Lisbon, with all of the city's top attractions within walking distance. Rooms The apartment has two bedrooms. One has a queen-size bed and the other has two individual beds, a flat-screen TV and a balcony. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Living / Dining Room The living room has a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, oven microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Never leave them inside the door lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
