The space The apartment has impeccable style and is full of "wow" design solutions from white textured walls in the living room to minimalistic lamps in the dining room and a wooden ladder in the bathroom. The apartment has a living room adjusted to an open plan kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms. Sleeps up to 4 guests. LIVING ROOM & DINING: The super modern living room has a comfortable grey sofa, a stylish armchair, an originally shaped wooden coffee table, and a big flat-screen TV. It's adjusted to the stylish dining area with a large wooden table and two benches. KITCHEN: The stylish white kitchen is fully-equipped and has all the amenities including a coffee machine, a fridge, a stove with an oven, a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher. Santos, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city with beautiful historic maisons and churches, went through a complete renovation in 2005 and is now the place to be for the city's artistic community with tons of hip cafes and modern cultural hubs in former industrial warehouses. Keep the property clean and tidy. Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
