Located just a few meters from the famous Castelo de São Jorge, this comfortable and practical 2-bedroom apartment was thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. Blessed by the sun light, and surrounded by amazing city views, the apartment is situated approximately 10 minutes away from the Martim Moniz metro station, between the neighbourhoods of Alfama, Mouraria and Graça. Costa do Castelo Sky Views is the best option while staying in the city of the seven hills. Building The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with no elevator. Bedroom The apartment includes 2 bedrooms with double beds and closets. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Living room The Living Room features a flat-screen TV, an inviting sofa, a desk ideal for home office and spectacular views of the city. Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and a filter coffee maker. Additional Info: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. Additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. The property bills are included up to 200. Access to the street is restricted to taxis and residents. The main street is about 180 meters away. Construction works are being held nearby the property, with no timetable for completion. *The apartment is located in the area where the annual "Santos Populares" festivities take place during the month of June.
