This bright apartment has six bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom. Arroios is a multicultural neighborhood that gathers families from all over the world and it's very attractive to students due to its proximity to the center. Please, read carefully the whole description before sending a booking request: YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES: - Utilities (Up to 40/month of water, electricity, gas). - WiFi. - Cable TV. - Weekly cleaning of common areas of the house. - Maintenance service. - Telephone service for emergencies. REQUIREMENTS: + Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of one month's rent and paid during the check in). + Admin fee (Paid per person once during the check in). + Extra cost of 50/month in case the accommodation is intended for 2 persons. MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date. CHECK-IN TIME: - Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm. OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES (under request) - Check-in outside working hours or during weekends - 34.99 (Working hours: Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm). - Fridge inside the room (minimum stays of 6 months) - 14.99 p/month. - Special cleaning of the room 49.99 (1 X per week). RENTAL CONDITIONS: - There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s). - For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number. - During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in. - The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent. - The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month. - Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions. - Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval). - Parties are not allowed. - Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00. - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Pets or animals are not allowed. We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law and assist with obtaining the Residence Visa! Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date.
