The accommodation is placed very close to IST - Instituto Superior Técnico. It has five comfortable bedrooms and is well located in a calm and quiet neighborhood. It also features a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has a simple décor that gives it a warm feel. You'll be in a great location and in an even better location! You may check-in from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Outside of business hours, weekends, and holidays a fee of 34.99 will be applied. What are you waiting for Book it! Please, read carefully the whole description before sending a booking request: YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES: - Utilities (Up to 40/month of water, electricity, gas). - WiFi. - Cable TV. - Weekly cleaning of common areas of the house. - Maintenance service. - Telephone service for emergencies. REQUIREMENTS: + Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of one month's rent and paid during the check in). + Admin fee (Paid per person once during the check in). + Extra cost of 50/month in case the accommodation is intended for 2 persons. MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date. CHECK-IN TIME: - Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm. OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES (under request) - Check-in outside working hours or during weekends - 34.99 (Working hours: Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm). - Fridge inside the room (minimum stays of 6 months) - 14.99 p/month. - Special cleaning of the room 49.99 (1 X per week). RENTAL CONDITIONS: - There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s). - For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number. - During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in. - The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent. - The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month. - Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions. - Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval). - Parties are not allowed. - Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00. - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Pets or animals are not allowed. We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law and assist with obtaining the Residence Visa! Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
