The apartment features 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 people, with one bathroom available for shared use. The minimum stay for this arrangement is 1 month. Your private room comes with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bed in your private bedroom is a large and comfortable one, with fresh linens, fluffy pillows, and a soft duvet to ensure a good night's sleep. The room also features ample storage space, including a wardrobe, drawers, and shelves, allowing guests to keep their belongings organized and out of sight. The room is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a desk and chair for those who need to work or study. Additionally, the room has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. As part of this apartment, guests will have the added convenience of a fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for meal preparation. Please be advised of the following: Utility bills are included up to a maximum limit of 30 euros per room Before the check-in the tenant needs to pay 400 deposits: The security deposit which will be fully refunded to the tenant in case there is no damage to the property. The second deposit is actually the last month of rent that the tenant needs to pay upfront For double bookings or if there is an extra guest, there is an additional charge of 200 per month.
