Refresh yourself in the bathroom, offering a rejuvenating shower experience and stocked with amenities such as shampoo and shower gel for your convenience. Kindly note that our apartment is situated on the second floor and does not have a lift, so guests should be prepared to ascend stairs. Before booking, please familiarize yourself with our house rules: - Check-in from 15:00 and check-out before 10:00 - A security deposit of 2000 euros is required - Parties or events are not permitted, and no more than 4 guests are allowed without prior approval - Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM - Utilities are covered within a limit of 120 euros, exceeding which the tenant is responsible for any additional expenses incurred - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.
