Here are the details of the room for rent: Deposit: To make moving in hassle-free, we require a 200 euros deposit for the room, as well as a 100 euros deposit for bed linen and duvet. Both deposits will be returned at the end of your stay if everything is as it was on the date of check-in. Weekly Cleaning: Say goodbye to the hassle of cleaning common areas. We include weekly cleaning of common spaces in the rent, ensuring a tidy and pleasant living environment. Bills: Please note that bills (internet, electricity, water, and gas) are not included in the rent, but they typically average around 40 euros per tenant. This cost may vary depending on your usage.
