The apartment is ideal for a couple, it is equipped with WI-FI, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with all the utensils you need to prepare your meals and a complete bathroom with shower. Simple and welcoming decoration that will make you feel like you are at home! Upon entering this apartment you will immediately have a wide view of the space. It consists of a kitchenette with a small dining area, living room and bedroom in open space. It has a TV with a ceiling mount so you can enjoy a relaxing moment while watching your favorite series on the sofa or in bed. It also has a complete bathroom. It has a maximum capacity of 2 people and is fully equipped to welcome you during your stay. Towels, sheets, shower gel/shampoo and liquid soap are provided during check-in. Other important information: Extra cleaning and repositioning of amenities are always available for an extra fee. Upon check-in, we will request your identification document. Short-term rentals necessitate the reporting of guest information to the Border Service (SEF) in a process known as the Accommodation Bulletin. Your host is obligated to communicate your presence to Portuguese Immigration and SEF within 3 weeks of your arrival. Long Stays (+1 month): The host is responsible for paying utilities up to a maximum of 100. If this amount is exceeded, the guest may need to pay the difference in costs.
