Spacious 4 bedroom apartment located in one of the most emblematic areas of the city, between Marquês de Pombal and Amoreiras. With easy access to public transport, namely the metro and several buses, it's also located next to Lycée Français, Deloitte Business Hub, Embassy of Belgium, among others. Quite bright during the day ,this is the perfect place for families or groups of friends to enjoy the charm of Lisbon's great avenues and cosmopolitan lifestyle. Building The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator and traditional architecture. The apartment receives tons of light during the day. Bedrooms The apartment has four bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed, one of them being en suite, and the remaining two are equipped with single beds. Bathrooms The apartment has 2 full bathrooms. Living Room The living room has a flat screen TV, two comfortable sofas, and a balcony overlooking the street. Dining Room The dining room offers a dining table for 6 and a comfortable sofa. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. The property bills are included up to 200. Please notice that is mandatory to sign a property rental agreement.
