Welcome to your own personal sanctuary your bedroom. This tranquil space offers a haven to relax and recharge after a long day. With a plush and cozy bed, you can sink into a restful sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. The ample storage space ensures that you can keep your personal belongings organized and within reach. This inviting atmosphere is perfect for individuals who appreciate a shared living arrangement that prioritizes camaraderie and community. Located in Areeiro, this home offers easy access to a variety of transports, such as the metro/train ( Roma/Areeiro green line). Pharmacies, supermarkets and universities are conveniently located nearby, making everyday life more convenient. The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathroom (two of them private). The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals, such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and a washing machine. All bills are included up to 30 euros. Pillows, duvet and bed sheets are not provided. How does our Reservation Process work: Once you've booked your room, you'll receive an email from our team confirming your reservation. This email will include detailed instructions on the next steps. Shortly after, you'll receive an email from the landlord requesting the necessary documents to finalize your contract. Once the documents are submitted and the contract is signed, your reservation process moves forward. Prior to the start of your reservation, you'll be invited to make the final payment for the last month's rent, deposit and entry fee (when aplicable). This ensures everything is in place for your upcoming stay. Check-In Details: Our check-in times are From Monday to Friday between 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Please note that we do not conduct check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays.
