It offers a premium stay with top standard finishes and is within walking distance of the famous Bonfim Church. You can also reach the city center easily by foot or public transportation. Building The apartment is on the ground floor of a high-end building, located on one of Porto's emblematic avenues. Bedroom The apartment has a bedroom suite with a double bed and built-in closet. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Living Room The living room features a flat-screen TV, dining table, a cozy sofa, and elegant decor. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, stove and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Information: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
